OMB Uniform Guidance

The Uniform Guidance codified in section 2 CFR 200 of the Federal Code of Regulations is a government-wide framework for grants management and is the authoritative set of rules and requirements for Federal awards. It synthesizes and supersedes guidance from eight earlier OMB circulars, including the ones that applied to universities (A-110, A-21, and A-133).

UNC Charlotte bases its policies and procedures related to the management of all grants and contracts on Uniform Guidance.
