Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) are essential for laying the groundwork for how the university interacts with outside parties. Failure to properly protect confidential information may result in severe penalties including jail time. This workshop addresses basic CDA questions such as: what are CDAs and when should you use them, what constitutes confidential information, how should this information be shared, who can sign CDAs, and much more.
